Text
Approval of the Plan. The state agency shall
approve the plan and any amendments if they conform to the agreement
and the regulations of the state agency. The state agency may not
finally disapprove a plan or terminate an approved plan without
reasonable notice and opportunity for a hearing for the political
subdivision.
