§ 5-10-9-3 — Payments
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 10 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE BENEFITS·Ch. 9 Deposits on Behalf of Local Employees
Payment by a municipal corporation of a check
properly endorsed and drawn in accordance with this chapter
constitutes full payment for the amount due the employee.
