§ 5-10-8-5 — Establishment of common and unified plan of group insurance

Two (2) or more local public employers may establish a common and unified plan of group insurance for their employees, including retired local employees. The plan shall be effected through a trust, agency, or any other legal arrangement with careful accounting and fiscal responsibility.
