Any participant who becomes permanently
or temporarily disabled from performing all suitable and available work
on the force for which he is or may be capable of becoming qualified,
considering reasonable accommodation to the extent required by the
Americans with Disabilities Act, shall be entitled to disability benefits
in the amount provided by this chapter. Benefits may not be provided
under this section for any disability:
(1)resulting from an intentionally self-inflicted injury or
attempted suicide while sane or insane;
(2)resulting from the member's commission or attempted
commission of a felony; or
(3)which begins within two (2) years after a member's entry or
reentry into active service on the force and which was caused or
contributed to by a mental or physical condition which m
