(a) The retirement plans covered by this
chapter are:
(1) The state excise police, gaming agent, gaming control officer,
and conservation officers' retirement plan, established under IC 5-10-5.5.
(2) The public employees' retirement fund, established under IC 5-10.3-2.
(3) The trust fund and pension trust of the department of state
police, established under IC 10-12-2.
(4) The Indiana state teachers' retirement fund, established under
IC 5-10.4-2.
(5) The Indiana judges' retirement fund, established under IC 33-38-6.
(6) The police officers' and firefighters' pension and disability
fund established under IC 36-8-8-4.
(b) As used in this chapter, "board" means both of the following:
(1) The board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system.
(2) The board of trustees of the state police pension trust.
