Text
Bonds or notes of the bank may be sold at
public or private sale at the price the board determines. If bonds or
notes of the bank are to be sold at public sale, the bank shall follow the
provisions of IC 5-1-11 and shall publish notice of the sale in
accordance with IC 5-3-1-2 in two (2) newspapers published and of
general circulation in the city of Indianapolis.
