Text
The authority shall hold a public hearing,
which may be conducted by the authority, or any officer, member, or
agent designated by the authority, on the proposed financing agreement
for the economic development project, after giving notice by
publication in one (1) newspaper of general circulation in the city,
town, or county where the economic development project is to be
located at least ten (10) days in advance of this public hearing.
