Any bond resolution or related trust indenture,
indenture of mortgage, or deed of trust may contain provisions, which
must be a part of the contract with the holders of the bonds to be
authorized, as to pledging or assigning the revenues generated by the
health facility property, pledging or assigning the notes and mortgage,
lease, or other security given by the participating providers whose
health facility property has been financed with the proceeds of the
bonds or other specified revenues or property of the authority.
