Text
All property acquired or held by the authority
under this chapter is declared to be public property used for public and
governmental purposes, and all property, income from the property and
bonds issued under this chapter, interest payable on the bonds and
income derived from the bonds, are exempt from all taxes, direct or
indirect, imposed by the state, any county, any city, or any political
subdivision of the state.
