"Safe Drinking Water Act" refers to:

(1)42 U.S.C. 300f et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these laws; and
(2)regulations adopted under 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these regulations.
