Text
"Bond", for purposes of IC 5-1.2-16, means any:
(1)bond or mortgage credit certificate for which it is necessary to
procure volume under the volume cap under Section 146 of the
Internal Revenue Code; or
(2)bond or other obligation for which a special volume cap is
authorized under a federal act.
