§ 5-1.2-13-10 — Financial assistance agreement

A participant receiving a loan or other
financial assistance from the flood control fund shall enter into a
financial assistance agreement with the authority. A financial
assistance agreement related to the flood control program is a valid,
binding, and enforceable agreement on the participant.
