Text
Notwithstanding any other law, and to the
extent allowed by the federal Clean Water Act or the federal Safe
Drinking Water Act, money in the wastewater SRF fund or drinking
water SRF fund, together with loan repayments to be deposited in the
wastewater SRF fund or drinking water SRF fund, may be used to
establish a leveraged loan program or other financial assistance
programs established in connection with the wastewater SRF fund or
drinking water SRF fund.
