§ 5-1.2-10-10 — Contracting; authorization
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1.2 INDIANA FINANCE AUTHORITY·Ch. 10 Wastewater and Drinking Water Revolving Loan
The authority may contract with the
department of environmental management or any other entity or person
for assistance in administering the wastewater or drinking water
program and the wastewater SRF fund or drinking water SRF fund and
in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
