§ 5-1-5-16 — Advance refunding bonds; issuance
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 5 Refunding Bonds Generally
Notwithstanding any other law, advance
refunding bonds may be issued by an issuing body without obtaining
the approval of the utility regulatory commission whether such advance
refunding bonds are issued under this chapter or any other law.
