Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 5 Refunding Bonds Generally
Bonds for refunding and bonds for any other
purpose or purposes authorized may be issued separately or issued in
combination in one (1) or more series or issues by the same issuer.
