§ 5-1-4-6 — Oath of office
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 4 Hospital Bonding Authorities
Oath of Office. Each director, before entering
upon his duties shall take and subscribe an oath of office in usual form
to be endorsed upon his certificate of appointment, which shall be filed
with the clerk of the circuit court.
