Text
A member, agent, or employee of an Authority
who knowingly is interested in any contract with the Authority or in the
sale of any property to the Authority commits a Class A misdemeanor.
Such contracts are void. This section does not apply to contracts for
purchases of property between an Authority and other departments,
municipalities, or subdivisions of state government.
