§ 5-1-4-22 — Interest in contracts
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 4 Hospital Bonding Authorities
A member, agent, or employee of an Authority
who knowingly is interested in any contract with the Authority or in the
sale of any property to the Authority commits a Class A misdemeanor.
Such contracts are void. This section does not apply to contracts for
purchases of property between an Authority and other departments,
municipalities, or subdivisions of state government.
