§ 5-1-18-3 — "Lease"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 18 Reports Concerning Bonds and Leases of Political
As used in this chapter, "lease" means a lease of
real property that is entered into by a political subdivision for a term of
at least twelve (12) months, whether payable from property taxes, other
taxes, revenues, or any other source.
