§ 5-1-18-10 — Compiled reports; electronic data base; Internet publication
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 18 Reports Concerning Bonds and Leases of Political
The department shall:
(1)compile an electronic data base that includes the information
submitted under this chapter; and
(2)after December 31, 2006, post the information submitted
under this chapter on the Internet at least annually.
