Text
The budget agency, after review by the
budget committee, shall approve the resolution establishing the
motorsports investment district if the budget agency finds that the
improvements to be made within the qualified motorsports facility are
economically sound and will benefit the people of Indiana by
protecting or increasing state and local tax bases and tax revenues for
at least the duration of the motorsports investment district.
