Text

An Indiana stadium and convention building authority is created in Indiana as a separate body corporate and politic as an instrumentality of the state to acquire, construct, equip, own, lease, and finance facilities for lease to or for the benefit of a capital improvement board. The Indiana finance authority shall provide staff support to the board of directors appointed under section 7 of this chapter.
