§ 5-1-17-3 — "Bonds"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 1 BONDS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 17 Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority
As used in this chapter, "bonds" means bonds,
notes, commercial paper, or other evidences of indebtedness. The term
includes obligations (as defined in IC 8-9.5-9-3) and swap agreements
(as defined in IC 8-9.5-9-4).
