§ 5-1-17-16 — Agreements; common wall; easements; licenses

The authority and a capital improvement
board may enter into common wall (party wall) agreements or other
agreements concerning easements or licenses. These agreements shall
be recorded with the recorder of the county in which the capital
improvement is located.
