Text
If an issuer is authorized by statute to issue
obligations and to make payments of principal and interest to owners
of those obligations from any source, the issuer is authorized to pay
fees and charges associated with the issuance of the obligations from
that source, including the payment of fees and charges associated with
obtaining and enforcing credit enhancement for the obligations.
