§ 35-50-7-3 — Specificity

Indiana·Art. 50 SENTENCES·Ch. 7 Probation Orders

An order issued under this chapter must describe the area or property that the person is prohibited from entering with sufficient specificity to:

(1)allow the person to guide the person's conduct accordingly; and
(2)enable a law enforcement officer to enforce the order.
