§ 35-50-6-2 — Discharge from imprisonment for a misdemeanor

Indiana·Art. 50 SENTENCES·Ch. 6 Release From Imprisonment and Credit Time
A person imprisoned for a misdemeanor shall be discharged when he completes his fixed term of imprisonment, less the credit time he has earned with respect to that term. As added by Acts 1976, P.L.148, SEC.8. Amended by Acts 1977, P.L.340, SEC.133.
