6. The enactment of legislation in the 2015 regular session of the general assembly changing the terms "credit time" and "earned credit time" to "accrued time", "credit time", "educational credit", and "good time credit":
(1)is intended to be a clarification; and
(2)does not affect any time accrued before July 1, 2015, by a
person charged with or convicted of a crime.
