Text

A person who has been convicted of a felony by an Indiana court or a court of any other state, the United States, or another country and knowingly or intentionally:

(1)possesses;
(2)manufactures;
(3)transports;
(4)distributes;
(5)possesses with the intent to distribute; or
(6)offers to distribute; a regulated explosive commits a Level 5 felony. However, the offense is a Level 4 felony if the person has a prior unrelated conviction for an offense under this section.
