This article does not apply to the following:

(1)Fertilizers, propellant actuated devices, or propellant activated industrial tools:

(A)manufactured;

(B)imported;

(C)distributed; or

(D)used; for their designed purposes.

(2)A pesticide that is:

(A)manufactured;

(B)stored;

(C)transported;

(D)distributed;

(E)possessed; or

(F)used; for its designed purposes or in accordance with Chapter 7 of Title 2, the federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 61 Stat. 163, as amended, and the federal Environmental Pesticide Control Act of 1972, P.L.92-516, as amended.

This article does not apply to the following:
