Text

A public servant having the duty to select or summon persons for grand jury or trial jury service who knowingly or intentionally fails to select or summon a person because of color, creed, disability, national origin, race, religion, or sex commits discrimination in jury selection, a Class A misdemeanor. As added by Acts 1977, P.L.340, SEC.93. Amended by P.L.23-1993, SEC.163.
