Text
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to:
(1)pari-mutuel wagering conducted at racetrack locations or
satellite facilities licensed for pari-mutuel wagering under IC 4-31; or
(2)wagering on horse races conducted through advance deposit
wagering accounts authorized by IC 4-31-7.5.
