Text
As used in this chapter, "code grabbing device" means a device that is capable of:
(1)receiving and recording the code signal sent by the transmitter
of:
(A)a motor vehicle security alarm system;
(B)a motor vehicle automatic door locking system; or
(C)a residential or commercial automatic garage door opening
system; and
(2)disarming:
(A)a motor vehicle security alarm system;
(B)a motor vehicle automatic door locking system; or
(C)a residential or commercial automatic garage door opening
system.
