Text

(a)As used in this chapter, "impermissible contact" includes the following:
(1)Following or pursuing the victim.
(2)Communicating with the victim.
(3)Posting on social media, if the post:
(A)is directed to the victim; or
(B)refers to the victim, directly or indirectly.
(b)The list in subsection (a) is nonexclusive.
