(a)A person who unlawfully discloses
enterprise zone information is subject to criminal prosecution under IC 5-28-15-8.
(b)A person who unlawfully discloses entrepreneur and enterprise
district information is subject to criminal prosecution under IC 5-28-15.5-6.
