5.A law enforcement officer who, with the
intent to commit or conceal the commission of a criminal act, turns off
or disables a law enforcement recording device in violation of
regulations or a policy adopted by the law enforcement agency that
employs the officer commits disabling a law enforcement recording
device, a Class A misdemeanor.
