§ 35-43-5-19 — Interfering with drug or alcohol screening test
A person who interferes with or attempts to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening test by:
(1)using a:
(A)device; or
(B)substance;
(2)substituting a human bodily substance that is tested in a drug
or alcohol screening test; or
(3)adulterating a substance used in a drug or alcohol screening
test;
commits interfering with a drug or alcohol screening test, a Class B
misdemeanor.
