3.A person who is at least eighteen (18)
years of age who knowingly or intentionally sells or transfers custody
of a child less than eighteen (18) years of age for the purpose of
prostitution, juvenile prostitution, or participating in sexual conduct
commits child sexual trafficking, a Level 2 felony.
