Text

(a)A person may not be convicted of both a conspiracy and an attempt with respect to the same underlying crime.
(b)A person may not be convicted of both a crime and an attempt to commit the same crime. As added by Acts 1976, P.L.148, SEC.1. Amended by Acts 1977, P.L.340, SEC.24.
