§ 35-40-12-5 — Notice to multiple victims
(a)This section applies if there are multiple
victims that are entitled to notices or consultations under this article.
(b)The prosecuting attorney for the county in which the crime
occurred may adopt procedures that afford to a group of victims the
rights afforded by this article.
