§ 35-40-12-4 — Name and address of person to receive notice
(a)This section applies if the victim is an
entity other than an individual.
(b)A request for notice under IC 35-40-10 must identify the name,
electronic mail address, and mailing address of the person who is to
receive notices and consultations on behalf of the entity.
