Text
1. As a condition of probation for a person who is found to have:
(1)committed an offense under IC 9-30-5; or
(2)been adjudicated a delinquent for an act that would be an
offense under IC 9-30-5, if committed by an adult;
the court shall require the person to pay the alcohol and drug
countermeasures fee under IC 33-37.
