§ 35-38-10-1 — "Trafficked person"

Indiana·Art. 38 PROCEEDINGS FOLLOWING DISMISSAL,·Ch. 10 Convictions of Trafficked Persons
As used in this chapter, "trafficked person" means a person who was the victim of human trafficking (IC 35-42-3.5), regardless of whether the person who committed the human trafficking offense was charged, tried, or convicted.
