§ 35-38-1-10 — Presentence investigation; physical or mental examination
The court may order that the convicted person:
(1)undergo a thorough physical or mental examination in a
designated facility as part of the presentence investigation; and
(2)remain in the facility for examination for not more than ninety
(90)days.
