Text

After a change of venue, the cause shall be docketed and stand for trial. The court to which the case has been venued shall proceed in all respects as if the indictment had been found and returned by a grand jury impaneled in that court, or as if the information had been originally filed in that court. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.298, SEC.5.
