§ 35-34-1-7 — Grand jury proceedings; violation of IC 35-34-2; dismissal

Indiana·Art. 34 BRINGING CRIMINAL CHARGES·Ch. 1 Indictment and Information
An indictment shall be dismissed upon motion when the grand jury proceeding which resulted in the indictment was conducted in violation of IC 35-34-2. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.298, SEC.3.
