Text
When a person has been sentenced to a term of
imprisonment and has filed an appeal, that person may file a petition
for bail pending appeal unless he is barred from admission to bail
pending appeal by section 1 of this chapter. The petition must be filed
in the court in which the case was tried, and a copy shall be sent to the
prosecuting attorney of the circuit where the judgment was rendered.
