§ 35-31.5-2-329 — "Terrorism"

Indiana·Art. 31.5 DEFINITIONS

"Terrorism" means the unlawful use of force or violence or the unlawful threat of force or violence to:

(1)intimidate or coerce:
(A)a government; or
(B)all or part of the civilian population; or
(2)affect the conduct of a government by use of a weapon of mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.
