Text
3. "Pharmacist", for purposes of IC 35-42-5-1, means an individual who is licensed, registered, or otherwise permitted by the laws of Indiana or the United States to:
(1)dispense;
(2)distribute; or
(3)prescribe;
a controlled substance as part of the individual's professional practice.
