3."Geolocation information" means data generated by an electronic device that can be used to determine the location of the device or the owner of the device. The term includes a cellular telephone, a wireless fidelity (wi-fi) equipped computer, or a GPS navigation or tracking unit. The term does not include the content of a communication.
